The IRWO and the Respectful Workplace Policy e-Course empowers Participants of the LABC with the necessary tools to uphold the Respectful Workplace Policy. It addresses workplace issues such as disrespectful behaviour, harassment, discrimination, and violence while highlighting how Participants (MLAs, Caucus staff members, Political staff members, and Legislative Assembly employees (Administration)) can contact the IRWO should a concern arise.
